Ian Gillerman is the Principal Consultant for TMPD. He has over a decade of experience designing products across several industries, including from medical, industrial, and semi-conductor. He primarily consults with small organizations, but has personal experience ranging from being the first full-time employee at a start-up, to working for Fortune 500 companies.

He prides himself on bringing a combination of hard and soft skills in engineering, particularly being able to communicate and bridge disciplines, especially electrical, software, supply chain, industrial design, and product management.
